Ready to become emotionally fitter? Being emotionally aware and able to change our state to fit the task at hand is a vital skill in managing the day to day demands of our life.

Emotional High Intensity Interval Training is an active mindfulness programme created to activate, exercise and strengthen you. It builds your ability to stay present even in the context of emotionally challenging situations.

These exercises help you to regulate and activate, bring you actively into the present moment and are nothing like any mindfulness experience you will have had before.... unless you have attended a workshop with us!

The aim is for you to achieve harmony and balance between your active response and your emotional needs so you can lead a fulfilling life.

These exercises are designed to stimulate your emotional systems. As with any emotional process you consent to experiencing - a sad film, a heated discussion, a therapy session or reading antagonistic tweets - you are responsible for regulating yourself so you don't get overwhelmed or act out.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you are ready. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
We have set the course as a monthly subscription so you have access to it as long as you need it. We are a social business and want to increase emotional fitness in society as widely as we can. So we keep the price low and accessible for all. We are adding more EHIITs each month and sharing EHIIT journey's so the course will grow with you. The price and subscription length will increase in the future, but we will honour the price you pay for 12 months. You have access across any and all devices you own.
